Coast Technologies — SMS Terms of Service

Coast Technologies LLC ("Coast") provides a messaging platform used by automotive dealerships to communicate with their customers.
1. Program
When you submit a sales inquiry to a dealership that uses Coast (via the dealership’s website, a third-party listing service, or in person), that dealership may text you to respond to and assist with your inquiry. Messages identify the dealership you contacted.
2. Consent
Dealerships using Coast are required to obtain your prior express consent through a clear disclosure at the point you provide your number; consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Frequency & cost
Frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opt out
Reply STOP (or any clear request to stop) anytime to opt out. You’ll get one confirmation and no further messages.
5. Help
Reply HELP for help, or email john@startcoast.com. For dealership conversations, you may also contact the dealership directly.
6. Privacy
We do NOT sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
7. Demonstration & Testing
Coast may also send text messages to demonstrate the platform or for internal testing — to its own staff and test numbers, and to individuals who provide their mobile number and consent in person during a live demonstration. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
8. Demo Requests (Coast Marketing Program)
By checking the opt-in box on our demo-request form at startcoast.com/demo, you consent to receive text messages from Coast Technologies LLC about your demo request and scheduling. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP or email john@startcoast.com for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
